CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If Customer cancels or postpones the rentals and balloon décor for any reason, the retainer will not be refunded; however, a credit is issued which can be applied to any future event for up to one year. Any paid monies will not be credited if the cancellation or postponement occurs within three days of scheduled delivery date. A design change fee, minimum of 10% of the new total, will apply to all changes made within 24 hours of event date, subject to inventory and staffing availability. Fees may vary depending on the extent of the change.

Creations by TYCP will not issue refunds or credits for the following:

  • Customer, the Customer's representation or venue denies installation or requests earlier removal/pickup time.

  • Errors that occur on order submission due to incorrect information entered by lessee.

  • We are denied access to delivery location.

  • Unrestrained animals that may pose a threat or endanger our safety.

  • The safety and concern of any representative of Creations by TYCP is at risk.

  • Any other circumstance beyond our control which prevents Creations by TYCP from installing upon our arrival.

 

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

Creations by TYCP reserves the right to decline delivery, installation, or removal of our equipment and materials if there is inclement weather - including but not limited to - lightning, thunderstorms, snow, ice, very cold or warm temperatures, hurricanes, heavy rain, high winds, and any other act of God that would put our representatives or equipment and materials in harm's way.

 

If we are unable to reschedule the date to install balloon decor and/or equipment, we will provide a credit equal to 100% of the fee to be applied towards a future date up to one year.
